Why won’t my phone allow me to upgrade my iCloud storage to iCloud+. My storage always fluctuates how it manages my pictures. Sometimes it takes up all the storage and sometimes it only takes up a little bit of it. Spent a lot of time deleting pictures, even out of the deleted folder and then they all came back! Feeling defeated with apple.
