iPhone 12 Mini Bluetooth Issues with 2012 Audi Q5

I've never had any issues pairing my iPhones with my 2012 Audi Q5 until this latest update. Now my iPhone won't automatically connect, and when I do it usually drops mid call. On the rare occasion I make it thru an entire call, when I hang up it remains connected to the last caller and takes several minutes to end the call, then dropping the Bluetooth connection entirely.

I've tried "forgetting" the device and re-pairing, but it doesn't make a difference. Hopefully someone knows a fix b/c it's really frustrating!! Thanks!

Hello,

are there any options to reset/restart the bluetooth connection on your car? If so, you might try doing that and re-connecting to see if it works again. If not, you might want to try this:

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

If it doesn‘t help either, please contact Apple Support for further assistance on this problem:

Thanks for the reply...I tried resetting my Audi's MMI system, which includes the Bluetooth (pretty cool to learn how to do that), but it didn't help. Ironically my Signal app was just updated though, and magically I'm no longer having the problem. Maybe somehow the Signal app was interfering? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ Just glad it's working again! Cheers!!
