Unknowingly erased my iPhone 11 Pro max

Knowingly I erased my iPhone 11 Pro Max and thus I couldn’t restore the many pictures. I was able to restore other apps but pictures that were not in iCloud can not get back. I understand that you will delete all the data soon. How can claim the many pictures?

If you totally erased your phone before saving your pictures, then the pictures are gone for good.
