Follow the steps in Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
There are two methods:
- If you're using Family Sharing to manage a child account
- If you're not using Family Sharing to manage a child account
There is no mention about age limits with Screen Time.
Be sure to record what you use as a Screen Time passcode.
