Apple tv4k won’t turn off audio description on iTunes movies

The narrating voice during content playback is what Apple calls Audio Descriptions (VoiceOver is a different feature). It is a separate audio (language) track, that normally has ‘AD’ behind the language name in the listing. You can set a default for new videos (Accessibility settings), or just change it for the current video during playback (change audio language to a different non-AD audio track).

If the issue persists despite that, then contact the iTunes Store staff regarding possible issues at the source.
