Pause making video in Photo Booth

Question

Can I pause whilst making a video and then restart the video in Photo Booth?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

No. But you can stop the video, then start a new video, then paste the two together in QuickTime Player.

Thank you so much. My other problem is that Quick Time does not open when I click on the QT icon. Goodness knows what I am doing wrong.

Derek, look in your Applications folder, is Quicktime there? Can you double click on it there?
