There are only 3 iPhone SE models.
The SE 1 is very different to the other 2. Would be very small with 2 lighter color bands bands at the top and the bottom on the back.
Compare iPhone Models - Apple.com
If you bought the SE 2 or SE 3, it will tell you under Settings->General->About->Model. Post it here and we can tell you what model iPhone it is based on that number.
Or use this link with the model number that starts with an A.

There are many Iphone SE, which one is mine?
On Phone is MHGE3LL/A.
On the box is A2275. But I am in the train now, I cannot double check.
A2275 Below I see that it was introduced in 2020.
Year introduced: 2020
Capacity: 64, 128, 256 GB
Colors: White, black, (PRODUCT)RED
Model numbers: A2275 (Canada, United States), A2298 (China mainland), A2296 (other countries and regions)
Please go to Settings>General>About>iPhone Model... and report the code here. We'll try to identify it.
Thanks and regards
Giulio
The A2275 is the generic model identifier for ALL 2nd generation iPhone SE.
The M number further identifies it for colour, capacity, and country.
If your iPhone SE has aluminum on the back with glass above (camera area) and below (bottom of phone) then you have the iPhone SE first generation. This model has flat sides (iPhone 5 body).
if your iPhone SE has an all glass back then you have the iPhone SE second generation. This model has rounded sides (iPhone 8 body).
The iPhone SE third generation wasn’t announced until this month, so if you purchased it prior to this month then you have an iPhone SE first or second generation.
We don't know, why they are different because you have not told us the model numbers you are looking at. Its possible you are looking at 2 different things thinking they should be the same, when they don't have to be the same.
Tell us what model number appears on the box, and what model number you see in the iPhone.
The Model number displayed is totally different than the model displayed on the box. So what did I buy?
See this. Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support
When you look at Settings>General>About>Model Name, it should identify it, or Model Number, if you tap on that longer number, it will change to an A#### and you can use that to look at the phones in the link I provided you.
I bought it yesterday in Target. But why the box model is different than what the phone settings display?
And...in addition to Stedman1's correct identification, it should be black, with 64GB capacity.
