Apple ID is not active and sign-up not complete.

How to fix my problem. Suddenly I open my MacBook and it states I need to update Apple ID setting but once I enter my password it mentioned my "Apple ID is not active" and when I hit the forgot password button I cannot change because the Apple ID is not active. In addition, when i can login to my Apple ID using the fingerprint button it states "Sign up is not complete"
