Hacked for TWO years

A Hacker has been getting into my internet, iPhones and iPad. I know he is using some kind of Apple web kit! He is in the gateway of my Wi-Fi, as I pay through a HOA. He makes my private Wi-Fi into a hotspot. He has stolen my identity. I have changed passwords of EVERYTHING thousands of times and have changed out my modem 11 times in 2 years. I have changed cell providers 9 times trying to get him out of my phone. I bought 8 computers, which he took over immediately after getting it. ( I never got a Mac Computer…maybe it will combat this??? )

Also, in the past two years I have created 162 emails and 14 apple ID’s, all that he has taken over and blocked me access and/or made himself the administrator of. He has taken over all my social media platforms. I have approximately 3 iPads, 6 iPhones, all that I cannot use because he locked me out of the devices by putting a recovery code to my Apple ID as well as lock me out of the email attached to the ID. I have 1left, the one I am using now which he controls everything! He changes my setting constantly. He loves the “Find my” app! I even see him using my own camera on me! Additionally, I bought 13 Android phones, all taken over. He has taken all 14 Apple ID’s and spent thousands on my credit cards. Worst of all, he erased all my pictures of my son. He has gotten me fired from jobs by using my phone like a router. I had to actually of change careers because I cannot use a computer safely. I have spent over 9k trying to combat this, when I should have hired an ethical hacker in the beginning. I know EXACTLY who is doing this and where he lives. He is an emotionally disturbed 18 year Drop out who abused my 6 year old son in the worst way, I called the Police on him and ever since he has waged an ALL OUT CYBER ATTACK ON ME! He has been cyber stalking, hacking and stealing from me virtually since the day I made that call, just over two years ago.I know where he lives and he DOES NOTHING ELSE BUT HACK ALL DAY! He is obviously smart but extremely evil! He is obviously reading this as I write and is loving every minute of it!

PLEASE HELP ME IN ANYWAY!
