How do I permanently disable Reader View on my iPhone

This drives me nuts ... suddenly the default is to Enable Reader. I want default to require manual turn on of Reader, not opposite!

Go to -> Settings -> Safari -> scroll to Reader & tap on it -> Alle websites -> turn it Off.
