Why will websites requiring Captcha verification not load on my iPad? I have no problem with websites requiring this verification on my iPhone, Mac or MacBook Air.

It is possible those websites are causing the Captcha verification to appear in a "popup window". On iOS, the default setting is to block those things since they generally cause annoyance.
Excerpted from About pop-up ads and windows in Safari - Apple Support:
"On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Safari and turn on Block Pop-ups and Fraudulent Website Warning."
In your case you might want to disable that setting.
If that doesn't help the website might simply be defective.

That was my next suggestion: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
If that's what you did, the problem is almost certain to be that website. Specifically, the way it implemented the Captcha verification is probably defective.
Deleted cookies and web history and the block pop ups is already disabled. Websites must be ok as all other Apple devices can access to sites Only iPad cannot access them. Any other suggestions? Thanks for assistance.
