Purchased failed
how come when I go to purchase something on like a game on my phone even tho my card is on my phone now it says purchase failed go to www.Apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. For help

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one.
