You will probably need to use iTunes on your computer to accomplish the update, as you are a couple versions of iOS behind. Do note that any update will be to iOS 15.4.

The article reads "If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14.5 or later". I'm currently using 13.5. It appears that since the current update is 15 I'm getting an error message when it attempts to install. According to the published list my device is compatible. Do I need to update to 14 first? And if so, how do I do that?
