Lines and random bleeding

My well kept iPhone 11 started having lines and bleeding after I used out for a while first it was just little purple things at the bottom of screen and then it goes away then it will come back and then half of the screen is black like a big blob down the middle covering half of it and a lot of lines that just happened and I'm very confused I tried hard resets, restored, and it still doesn't work
