Back up Apple watch

I Lost my iphone but the photos I have on my phone was still in my apple watch. Now i have a new iphone and I wanted to get the photos that is on my apple watch. How can i do that?

If you were doing automatic iCloud backups, you should be able to retrieve those photos from the iCloud backup when you setup your new iPhone:

Use iCloud to transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I don't know of any way to get the photos from your watch to the new iPhone without using the old iPhone.
