location history
If I share my location with someone on find my, can they view any of my location history or is it ONLY in real time (or close to it)?

Sharing location is live. The instructions on setting it up are in Share your location in Find My on iPhone.
For those with recent versions of iOS you will also see a label below their sharing name (the panel under the map) with the statement "Live". Sometimes this is absent because for whatever reason their phone is not currently reporting their location or may be turned off.
