Hi,
I have both iPhone and iPad under the same account, and have 2 pairs of airpods. How can dedicate 1 pair of the airpods to iPhone and the other to iPad? Currently, those 2 pairs of airpods are connected to both devices and they will connect whichever is closer and on. But I only want them to connect to specific device.

Unpair/Pair:
Being paired to both devices, unpair* the AirPods, from the undesired device.

Reset these a Few Times(Thrice):
You can only have one Bluetooth audio output put device operable at once. And, if they are pairing simultaneously across multiple devices at once, then try resetting these a few times (not only once). Also, if you did not need to use Bluetooth on all of these devices, then disable Bluetooth in these device’s settings/preferences to avoid cross-syncing.
I don't believe you can do what you want to do unless you put the iPad and iPhone on separate Apple IDs (which could have lots of unwanted consequences).
No, that won't work.
Sorry I didn't make it clear: I did try to unpaire the airpods from the device that's not wanted. However, when I pair the airpods on any device, they will be paired automatically to all other devices under the same account. That's not what I want.
