Deactivated Apple ID Issue

Hello, I am from Bangladesh. I had deactivated my apple id and kept the code that given. Now google says I have to contact apple support to reactivate my id. Where to contact? I don't find chat option in my region. Called in their US number either but nobody picks the call. What can I do? Whenever I put my ID, it says ID not found. It is so disappointing…
