I don’t know why apple charges me ?

Today I received SMS from my bank says that apple bill charged me for 64.99 SAR , I DONT know for why ?

I didn’t buy anything no one from my kids buy any thing also ? And this is not the first time , i did complain before and there is now action , i ended up canceling my cards.
