What is Tracking Notifications on iPhone?

Has anyone seen this before? I don’t have any tracking app downloaded and it’s not affiliated with the Finf My app obviously. I happened to notice this in my notifications on my iPhone.

This feature is to notify you if there’s a device tracking you such as an AirTag. This is a new human trafficking method being used to quietly track (most often) young women and girls to their homes. An air tag is dropped in their bag or attached to their car and when they get home they’re attacked and kidnapped.

It’s a feature to stop someone tracking you with apples AirTags:

AirTag is designed to discourage unwanted tracking. If someone else’s AirTag finds its way into your stuff, your iPhone will notice it’s traveling with you and send you an alert. After a while, if you still haven’t found it, the AirTag will start playing a sound to let you know it’s there.

Of course, if you happen to be with a friend who has an AirTag, or on a train with a whole bunch of people with AirTag, don’t worry. These alerts are triggered only when an AirTag is separated from its owner.

This is from Apple website on the feature.

I am wondering if it has something to do with airtag. Maybe? One would think something like "Tracking Notifications" under Notifications would be in reference to an app or make note of what it is.
