I cannot locate Screen Mirroring on my iPhone 11Pro on iOS 15.3.1 or on my iPad Pro 2nd generation. I’ve looked under control center and it isn’t an option. What am I missing?

your top photo is not control center
mirror do not show up on control center settings because you can't remove it
you get to control center by placing your finger in the upper right corner of your ios device and moving it downwards

Anyone encountered that Screen Mirroring from iPhone 11 iOS 15.4 and iPad Pro 2021 iPADOS 15.4 cannot find Macmini (2018) MacOS Montery 12.3?
Before upgrading to 15.4, both my iPhone and iPad Pro worked well in iOS 15.3 and iPADOS 15.3 for Screen Mirroring.
Please advise or help.
I confirmed in same WiFi network and also tried rebooted all devices, reset Network, reset Router but still cannot Screen Mirroring.
Today, I upgraded 15.4.1 and MacOS Monterey 12.3.1also cannot Screen Mirroring.
