How to switch to iPhone microphone when earphones are connected?

I have earphones BT (not AirPods) but the microtone is terrible quality. Does anyone know how to switch to IPhone microphone when earphones are connected?

Hey SkeniPL,
You would have the option to use the connected device or not use it, not to stop using part of the connected Bluetooth device. The settings you can adjust for headphones are for audio, but for settings that are not available you can provide feedback for things you would like to see.
