When Airpods Pro are connected to Mac right Airpod is louder but on iPhone its balanced

When Music is playing on my AirPods Pro from Mac the Right Airpod is louder but when playing music from my iPhone volume balance is normal. I tried turning off bluetooth and reconnecting airpods and everything and it worked. But the next day the balance is off again.
