Hi - I just got a new iPhone 13 pro max and although my apple watch 7 is already paired and working, the pop up window to pair my watch keeps popping up. How do I stop that? The watch app shows my watch 7 paired already. Thanks

Did you unpair it from your iphone 12 before you paired it with your iphone 13?.
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then go here;
I’ve tried that but it says it can’t pair when I hold the new phone over the watch face. Message says it might be paired with another phone but when I go to my iPhone 12 that I had before, and open watch app it doesn’t show an already paired watch it says start pairing.

Unpair the watch and re-pair it again.
