Hi,
I am trying to make a purchase to additional i-cloud storage, but Apple won't accept any of my credit cards. It just keeps telling me that the card is not recognized. I am using cards issued in Jamaica and in Barbados, but it will not accept any of them. These are cards that I use regularly on other online shopping platforms including Amazon and PayPal and I have no problem with them.
What can I do? I can't find a way to speak to an actual Apple agent!

If you have a debit or credit balance , the amount owed or credit to spend needs to be done for that country before you use Apple for purchases in these United States .

Thanks for your reply but this just takes me around in circles to written instructions and there is no phone number for the Caribbean, only for Mexico and Brazil.
