How do I cancel my subscription from an android or windows PC? The Apple instructions on the web do not work.

I cannot seem to cancel my subscription AT ALL. Its very frustrating. I go onto my iTunes on my Windows PC but I don't see any where I can cancel. Manage subscription is simply an information tab.
