Thanks for getting back to us. So, we're on the same page, when did you first notice this issue? Do you recall anything changing on your iPhone around the time this issue started? Also, which iOS version is currently installed on your iPhone? Settings > General > About.

The latest iOS version is 15.4, so if you haven't updated to that yet, please back up your iPhone, and update using the following steps:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you already running iOS 15.4, let's try to restart your iPhone, and test again. It may seem like a simple step but can resolve many issues.
