Can't empty Trash because VoiceTrigger and Library

I saw this question posted a few years ago but it never had a resolution. I am having this same problem after deleting an old user folder, and I don't want to make a mistake in deleting a system file that shouldn't be deleted.

My trash is not emptying due to this user folder and invisible contents of Library and VoiceTrigger. Please let me know if I can "Immediately Delete" these files, or if they should be put back somehow. Again, however, they cannot be put back normally as this just copies the files and remains in the trash not able to be emptied.

Anything would be great to try - I am so tired of running around in circles for these odd issues no one seems to have answers to. Why is this even happening in the first place, such an odd problem to not be resolved out of the operating system by now.

Q - " My trash is not emptying due to this user folder and invisible contents of Library and VoiceTrigger. "

A - Is this User still appearing in " Users & Groups " ?

A - Does this User have the Admin Account ?

A - Is the main User of this computer when this computer First Setup the Admin of this computer presently ?

A - Only the Original User Account which becomes the defacto Admin Account can remove other accounts and thusly the User Files associate them.

This was a test user account while I was troubleshooting an issues from years ago. I had since deleted the actual account from Users & Groups, but noticed the user folder was still present within Finder.

I technically created this user and its content as a test, but I would just like to be able to empty my trash again without these items perpetually residing in my Trash being unable to remove them or empty.

No, this user is no longer in Users & Groups.

A - Does this User have the Admin Account?

This user may have had admin privileges when it was created but I am not completely sure, it had since been deleted so it does not show up in the list to check.

A - Is the main User of this computer when this computer First Setup the Admin of this computer presently?

Yes, my main account is still the admin account I am using which was used to set up the computer.

If this is the case, then why it it not allowing me to remove these files, or at least place them back where they were?

If the User ( you) are certain and have at least a current TM Backup and maybe a Cloned Copy of the existing Setup to a separate External Drive as insurance.

Maybe a way, but due to Apple Restrictions can not overtly reveal the actual method beyond " csrutil ".

The user ( you ) will need to investigate the specific method to Empty the Trash Bin of the un-deletable Files.
