Where to leave a suggestion?

The Feedback page lists specific pieces of hardware and software. There is no place for feedback about overall operations, customer service, etc.

I wanted to suggest that the Today at Apple classes be offered virtually. More could attend without producing more greenhouse gasses. The Apple Store. In eleven of 50 states, there is only one Apple store..

Some islands in Alaska are 2,700 miles from Anchorage. I know Apple wants us to experience what the Apple store has to offer, but that's a bit of a drive to take a class.
