I would like saying that I have contacted to a wife server. In the same time, I was not able to update my I phone software. Therefore, I have reached you out to find a way to update my I phone. The update icon did not show up on my I phone.

I would suggest powering the phone off and back on again. Try connecting to that wi-fi network and test it with Safari or something else to ensure you are connected to the internet, then try the update again.
