Remove myself from family sharing

My information is being accessed without my knowledge. I’ve changed every password and am about ready to give up. I can’t figure out how to fix it

Family Sharing does not grant anyone access to your information at all. That is not how it works. Changing your passwords would not stop Family sharing either.
