Hello I iPhone 6s in 06-02-2018 in Brussels (Belgium) from apple shop I sent this iPhone to my brother in Pakistan my brother use this IPhone 5 years and still usesing but since from 1week before he chang the passcode and after he forgot the passcode he try too many time but it doesn’t work the iPhone is now totally locked or blocked iPhone for restart or reset iPhone it need

If the iPhone has iOS 15.2 or later installed, see: How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support
