Any Native Application that is Built into the Operating System like Terminal can not be removed.

Starting in Big Sur macOS 11 the Operating System resided in a " Sealed and read Only Volume ".

It can not be opened to alter, modify, remove or delete elements of the OS including the Terminal Application.
