Your question is not very clear. I will try and answer it the best I can.
Will the MagSafe battery charge your iPhone wirelessly? YES it will by attaching it to the back of an iPhone 12 / 13.
Can you charge the MagSafe Battery wirelessly? NO. The MagSafe battery will have to be charged by connecting a charger to its lightning port.
