How can i get a number that i just texted but made a mistake deleting it but it wasn’t saved

If this was an iMessage (Blue Bubble) and you have deleted the text message thread/conversation then the data is gone permanently. If this was an SMS message (Green Bubble) then you will not be able to recover the message, however, you may be able to get that phone number by looking at your data records on your carrier’s website. Contact your carrier.
