Turning off deep fusion iPhone 13

I’ve had a look around and it looks like you can’t turn off deep fusion at all. You can do burst modes etc but it would be helpful to have an option to turn it off completely. I adjust the exposure and other settings to take gym pictures, as soon as I go to look at them, the live picture looks good then after a second or two, it auto enhances it and ruins it. It over exposes and over saturates my pictures and makes the whole point of manual options on the camera app useless if it changes them automatically anyways, I was wondering if apple are looking at making an option to turn this off?
