i got this iPad mini 2nd hand. And need to unlock it. What can I do
I got an iPad mini, bought is 2nd hand it is asking me for an apple ID used to set up the iPad. I do not have that. How can i by pass it ??

You cannot. That's Activation Lock, its an anti-theft mechanism. It would be pointless if you could bypass it.
Either contact the previous owner and ask them to unlock it, or return it for a full refund, you will never be able to unlock it without the Apple ID and password its expecting.
