Heating

Why my iPhone 12 Pro Max is heating every single time I use it?

I have been facing this problem since last 4 days.

sometime it heats up like it’s gonna blast.

what can I do ??

Is your iOS up to date?

What does your Maximum Capacity show at & settings > Battery > Battery Health and does it say it’s at Peak Performance or another message?

As for the heat, that is typically normal. The phone is designed to let heat from use, especially intensive apps and processes, escape thru the case. See If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support
