Apple Watch 7 Solar Face Inaccurate
I gave watch faces access to locations, but the 24 hour position is showing Pacific Time Zone while I am located in the Central Time Zone. The small clock is showing the correct time.

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:
How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

I performed both a reset and an Unpair/Pair with no success.
I’m wondering if the code has a “sign reversal” error, ie: subtracting an hour instead of adding an hour at daylight saving time change over.
Another Update:
I restarted my iPhone 12 and that corrected the 24 position. But it did not correct the artificial horizon and solar midnight position. Solar midnight for CDT zone is 1am, not 11pm as shown in the original image.
I am having nearly the same issue. It is stating my sunrise time in EST is 4:18 which is 3 hours off. If I turn off location services for the watch face it moves within about 6 minutes of being correct. That however creates a new problem and makes my watch think it just rose a little bit ago even though its nearly noon right now.
