Error message "There was a problem loading the content of this folder" on iCloud web browser

I keep getting the same message when I open iCloud Drive and Photos in a browser on my PC desktop ..."There was a problem loading the content of this folder".

I have iCloud Drive storage but can't open the drive, nor photos via web browser. I am however able to connect via Files and Photos on both my iPhone and iPad.

Any help appreciated!
