How can I download apps here the App Store can’t stop saying double click

You have to double click the physical button its telling you to double click to start the download. Don't just tap on the screen, press the button on the side or top of the iPhone its pointing to physically to start the download.

I am trying to download Microsoft authenticator app and will not let me double clip to download. Just keeps going back app page.
