Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! If you tap on the Amazon Prime subscription, do you see an option to cancel subscription or are you provided renewal options? Check out this article for more information: How to cancel a subscription from Apple.
If you need to request a refund, you can sign into the Report A Problem website, tap "I'd like to" and choose request a refund. From there you can choose your reason and then the charge you would like refunded.
