Loading Funds to Account Balance Issue

When I go to add funds to my Apple count in iOS 15.4 Settings and I want to choose how much to fund, I get this shot, rather than a keyboard so I can input the dollar amount. This prevents being able to reload correctly, unless you want a pre-populated amount.
