my main speakers on both of my airpods are not working

here are some possible solutions to your problem:

How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

If that did not help, try this:

>Connect to your AirPods

>In settings, go to „Bluetooth“

>When you see your AirPods, click the (i) on the right

>Click „Disconnect“

>Then click „Forget Device“
