Managed Apple IDs and TestFlight

I have a customer who uses a managed Apple ID. They can use our app on the app store but say they do not have access to our beta app via TestFlight. Is there a way to allow this?

Sandbox Apple ID Accounts I wanted to ask this in the Lobby but couldn’t figure out how lol. I have a few questions regarding sandbox Apple ID accounts used and created for Developers. I have always been under the impression that sandbox accounts are test/dummy accounts strictly used for testing in-app purchases, subscription renewal issues, and sometimes used with Apple Pay. To be eligible for use as a sandbox account, the Apple ID must not have already made previous purchases on the iTS. With that being said, is it possible for a personal Apple ID account to be considered a sandbox Apple ID? If so, what circumstances would allow this to be the case? If using TestFlight for any beta testing of apps, when enrolling with TestFlight, does this somehow trigger a personal Apple ID account to have the option in Settings > App Store to view the sandbox account settings? Managed Apple Business ID and a personal Apple ID Hello, I understand that this is not a good practice but I am trying to understand if there's a way to install custom apps privately distributed through App Store Connect on to my employees' personal devices (with their explicit permission) without going through the hassle of logging in and out of the provided organisation managed Apple ID. Any advice and guidance for any alternative approach is much appreciated. Thank you.
