As there are no viruses that can affect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken, it is unlikely that you have a virus. What makes you think you do? If you're seeing a pop-up that says you do, that's a scam trying to get your personal information.

If there is a message in calendar or a message in text, that's also a scam.
