iCloud upgrade not working

Every time I click on "Upgrade to iCloud+" a payment and shipping page pops up and I can't do anything with it. I have an Apple ID account as payment method with enough money on the balance. How can I solve this issue?

Upgrade payment not working I am trying to upgrade my iCloud storage but once I follow the prompts and get to the payment page nothing happens. My credit card is up to date and I tried deleting it/reading and trying another payment type… it just stops prompting me and there is no next button. Please help!

Upgrading to iCloud+ Problem No matter what I try, I get stuck in an endless loop on trying to pay for iCloud storage upgrade. When I get to "Upgrade to iCloud " button it take me to "payment & shipping." i choose my payment option then hit "done" and it sends me back to "payment & shipping". It never completes the sale so my iCloud storage is upgraded.

Hi mrvlvl,

Are you able to try upgrading using another device? If not, try restarting the iOS device and trying again - Restart your iPhone.
