Why is it that when I call or text somebody now it shows up as my iCloud and not as my phone number? How do I fix that in the settings?

Settings->Messages->Send & Receive->Start New Conversations From, and make sure its set to your number.

Settings->FaceTime->Caller ID and make sure its set to your number too.
