- Plug the charging cord into the Magic Keyboard and the iMac USB port (it becomes a USB keyboard)
- Borrow or buy a cheap USB mouse and turn Bluetooth on in System Preferences.
- If BT turns on try to pair the Magic Mouse (make sure that it is switched on)
- If unsuccessful restart in safe mode and see if Bluetooth is active
