I use Resound Linx Quarto behind-the-ear and connect to my iPhone, only. At least for me, I don't see any added benefit from connecting to the computer as well.

A lot of Macs have older Bluetooth versions that may be able to connect (if you want to bad enough) but their older Bluetooth forces the hearing aids to use far more power, and some may not work at all.

If you do not really need to connect yours to your MacBook Pro (for example, you already have them connected to your phone) I suggest you just use your phone connection and skip the connection to your Mac.

Thanks for your reply Grant. I love that my hearing aids connect to my phone also. However, the reason I want to connect to my laptop is for streaming. I enjoy watching Netflix on my iPad and would now like to do it on my laptop.

Thanks again for your quick reply and help.
